Hi, I'm Matthew Gonsalves. I'm a designer from Queens, New York, now based in London. I'm a creative director with 15+ years in the industry, working under the name Studio Areyo since my teens.

After graduating from London College of Fashion (UAL) in 2019, I spent over half a decade as Senior Creative Director at The Phluid Project, leading creative direction through a period of explosive growth — scaling the brand from a single DTC site to over 10,000 retail doors.

In 2016, I launched STILLGOODPEOPLE, a project rooted in mental health and the belief that good days are still ahead. In 2026, I founded Studio Wisteria — a multi-faceted studio grounded in subculture and strategy.
